Blaine Bridge Preservation Status Update

Trust Fund Information

Situated in Blaine, OH, this is the southern view of the 1828 "S" Blaine Bridge, on the Old Historic National Road, spanning the Wheeling Creek.  Located in Belmont County, Blaine is approximately 5 miles west of Wheeling, WV, and 1 mile east of the Ohio Valley Mall, in St. Clairsville.
